A countersigned ID is your permit to use the library. It must be shown each time you enter the library and whenever you check out library materials.

The card is non-transferable and may not be used except by the owner. IDs presented by any person other than the owner shall be confiscated and the person misusing it shall be subject to disciplinary action.

Torn and mutilated ID cards are not honored and should be replaced by a new one or re-jacketed.
